Coach Ellesse is a highly experienced player who has competed at the top level in Australia for over a decade, including Australian Ice Hockey League stints with the Sydney Ice Dogs, Sydney Bears, and currently Melbourne Ice. His development pathway includes time with the Sydney Sabres of the Australian Junior Ice Hockey League, East Coast Super League in New South Wales and international experience in North America with the Florida Eels, alongside representing Australia at both U18 and U20 World Championships.
